The Authority Brands' 2025 Convention brought all of our brands together in one place to learn, grow, and celebrate. One of the highlights of our event was the Gala Awards, where we recognized our Franchise Owners of the Year for 2024.
Husband and wife team, Tom and Erin Roth, owners of The Cleaning Authority of Marietta, GA were honored with the recognition of Franchise Owner of the Year for 2024.
The Roths purchased the office as a resale in March 2019. At the time, the office had been in business for 15 years and had plateaued at about 400 customers and less than $900k in revenue.
Under the leadership of Tom and Erin, Marietta finished 2024 with just under $2.4M in revenue and 800 customers. “In five economically challenging years, they doubled the customer count and increased the revenue by more than 250%,” said Katie Dills, Brand President.
The increase in numbers led The Cleaning Authority Corporate team to wonder: Is it the territory? Are the employees and customers really that different?
“The difference is the owner,” Katie said. “An owner who values being a part of the community. An owner who respects and rewards the individuals who are doing the hard work. An owner who never sacrifices quality or customer service. An owner who always takes ownership in controlling their destiny.”
