Caitlyn and Josh Eaton: The Junkluggers’ 2024 Franchise Owner of the Year

The Authority Brands' 2025 Convention brought all of our brands together in one place to learn, grow, and celebrate. One of the highlights of our event was the Gala Awards, where we recognized our Franchise Owners of the Year for 2024.

Caitlyn and Josh Eaton of Willamette Valley, Oregon, were named Franchise of the Year for The Junkluggers.

“In just a few short years, Josh and Caitlyn stepped up, and their business took off. Their journey has been inspiring,” said Justin Waltz, Brand President of The Junkluggers. “Growth and scale is in their blood as they grew to one million dollars in annual revenue – in just three years! A fast ramp-up for our business and a testament to their hard work, smart decisions, the amazing team they've built, and the community impact they’ve had.”

Caitlyn and Josh’s success is not just in business metrics, but environmental impact too. They completed over 2,100 jobs in 2024, 700 more than in 2023. The Eatons diverted, rehomed and recycled over 90% of those 2,100 jobs from the landfill. They are also building a locally trusted brand, with a net promoter score just above a 90%.

“Josh and Caitlyn, I want to say a huge, heartfelt thank you. Your leadership is incredible,” Justin said. “You've not only achieved phenomenal results, but you've created a culture of excellence, a team that's dedicated and passionate. You are real MVPs! Your hard work, your commitment, your positive attitude – it's what makes all of this possible.”
