From day one, Brandon took on the challenge of launching a new franchise while also absorbing an established territory. He approached both with focus, care, and a clear commitment to long-term success.
To ensure a smooth and respectful transition, Brandon was intentional at every step. He met with the selling franchisee, reviewed operations, met the team, and prioritized a seamless experience for both customers and employees.
That momentum continued well beyond the transition. Brandon began collaborating with fellow franchisees and company leadership, explored additional opportunities, earning a seat on the Franchise Advisory Council, and helped shape the 2026 brand RAMP and KPI strategy.
That combination of growth, leadership, and partnership is exactly what made Brandon stand out.

What do you feel has been the biggest benefit of being part of a franchise?
The roadmap is laid out for you to follow, and the opportunity to grow as other owners retire or move on.
What support from Authority Brands has been most impactful to your business?
The team has had me do discovery calls with potential new owners; it helps keep me honest about my own business. They were also a huge help when I was purchasing neighboring territory from owners ready to retire. I have yet to encounter anyone with Authority Brands who was not as helpful as they could be.
What do you credit your success to?
The support of my wife, the leadership and community within DoodyCalls.
What advice would you give to someone considering joining a franchise?
Love the brand you are getting into and be ready to make the brand your life. Nothing will be handed to you, but if you follow the playbook, the franchise system will put you on a quicker path to success than if you tried starting a business from the ground up.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Time with wife and two children, travelling, and golf.
