Franchise owners and staff brought the energy to the 2026 Mosquito Squad Plus Owners Conference in February. Set against the stunning backdrop of San Juan, Puerto Rico, the event brought together franchise owners, staff, and vendors at The Royal Sonesta for three days packed with inspiration, learning, and celebration.
The conference kicked off with a deep dive into ServiceMinder, giving franchise owners a chance to explore the operational tools that help streamline day-to-day business management. That evening, owners gathered for the Welcome Reception, an opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new members of the network, and set the tone for the days ahead.
Monday opened with a General Session featuring a “State of the Union,”, vendor presentations, and a comprehensive operations update. Attendees also participated in a focused Marketing session, walking away with practical strategies to apply in the year ahead. The morning continued with a vendor showcase and lunch, offering time to explore new tools and resources designed to support business growth.
In the afternoon, breakout sessions offered deeper dives into key topics, including Financial Literacy, Rodent Services, AI and Sales, and Marketing. The day wrapped up with a relaxed off-site outing at a neighboring resort, giving attendees a chance to unwind and connect in a casual setting.
Tuesday brought the group back together for additional general sessions and vendor spotlights, followed by a Strategic Growth session focused on long-term expansion and sustainability. More vendor presentations and breakout sessions enabled attendees to showcase new opportunities in the industry, engage in smaller groups and explore specialized topics.
The evening concluded with a Wrap-Up Celebration at the Fairmont Hotel, a festive end to an action-packed and energizing conference.
A key feature of the event was the highly anticipated awards ceremony, during which several honors were presented. Among them, Keegan Cravo and Joe Clark of Mosquito Squad of Hartford-Springfield, CT, received the Franchise of the Year award. This recognition acknowledged their exemplary dedication and notable accomplishments, contributing to a strong sense of professionalism throughout the gathering.
