How many years have you been a franchise owner with your brand?
In 2026, I will celebrate 10 years as a franchise owner with Mosquito Squad Plus.
What was your professional background before becoming a franchise owner?
Before becoming a franchise owner, my professional background was in sales, marketing, and event planning.
What do you feel has been the biggest benefit of being part of a franchise?
One of the biggest benefits has been having fellow franchisees to learn from and share best practices with.
What support from Authority Brands has been most impactful to your business?
The most impactful support has included technology, such as the CRM, expert pest control guidance from Dr. Kurt, and the accountability and direction provided by our Business Advisor and other corporate leaders.
What do you credit your success to?
I credit our success to listening to advice from others and having a strong internal team.
What advice would you give to someone considering joining a franchise?
Follow the lead of other successful owners. Connect with other owners, share your own knowledge and experience, and stay open to learning from them.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy watching my kids play sports, traveling with my family, and staying active.
