As the Stumps began searching for a new direction and a place to call home, Tennessee quickly became the destination of choice. Their conversations with Screenmobile led them to a promising resale opportunity in Knoxville, TN—a market that was not only underserved but also brimming with untapped possibilities.
Taking a courageous step, the Stump Family purchased the Knoxville location and relocated in 2022.

Four
What was your professional background before becoming a franchise owner?
Errol: Teacher
Amber: Accountant for small businesses
What do you feel has been the biggest benefit of being part of a franchise?
The inner network with other franchisee owners. The other owners are very helpful, insightful and it is nice to have a team of other owners to lean on when needed.
What do you credit your success to?
We work really hard and take great pride in what we do. We both come from families of self-employed parents and were able to witness the work ethic required to be successful business owners. It requires honesty and dedication to growing our business.
What advice would you give to someone considering joining a franchise?
Review contracts, interview current owners and come to the table prepared to learn and grow.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
We have a small family so we enjoy spending time with our kids and being outside in any capacity - on a boat at the lake, hiking to waterfalls, or spending time camping. We also enjoy spending time with our family and friends.
