Amy Wise and her husband, Kelly, opened their first DoodyCalls territory in Houston in 2006. Since opening, Amy's territory has consistently ranked in the top 5 territories in terms of revenue and has expanded to include an additional two territories.
Amy creates a DoodyCalls community by always incorporating the DoodyCalls vision, mission, and values into her daily operations. She holds quarterly meetings within her team, and her commitment pays off with an average employee lifespan significantly higher than the network average.
She also devotes time to supporting new franchise owners with training and onboarding. As a mentor for new owners, she participates in events and shows to support their success. Amy’s also an Advisory Board Member, representing the DoodyCalls brand to the larger Authority Brands family. On the customer side, Amy is passionate about building a sense of community within her customer base, and as a result she maintains a low number of complaints and high retention of clients.
